I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I put my profile up on Hired on Tuesday with what I feel like is a high minimum base ( 200k ) and I’m getting 5 or more interview requests a day. Am I shooting too low? Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. I have a MHA, MBA, and BSHA. I’m wanting to get into a supervisor or manger role but I don’t have the experience. I have been working with EY for around 1 year now. My current package is 3.6 LPA which i feel like very much under paid as i joined after completing Mcom. I got onboarded as a staff 1. How much should be the market standard salary and position that i should be getting.
