I gave 3 rounds of interview at JPMC end of September but haven't heard anything back from them also on their career site my job application status is showing your activity submission is in progress. On average how many days it takes for the HR to reach out about the same?

Anyone work at Microsoft as a Customer Engineer? Have an interview lined up and curious about the role if someone with experience there can shed some light that would be greatly appreciated!

Small story time here. Met with a company that had me do three tests and all was fine until I met with the co-founder on the second interview. Long story short at the end of the call he said "Thanks, Kid" (I am a 22yo female).... inappropriate, no?

So, I got an email from him saying he wants to meet to go over my offer letter (red flag right?) I told him he can email it to me and I'll look it over and let him know if I have any questions... feels like im trying to be manipulated bc im young

I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.

I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.

Dell is ready to offer around 6-7 LPA more than JPMC
