Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay. My H1B will start on 10/1/2022, and I'm planning to go to my home country in October for H1B visa stamping. It say I should tear off the I-94 record from the approval notice, and the right half should be stapled in my passport. On which page of my passport should I staple the right half? Can I use a paper clip instead of a staple?
And at the US exit border, does the officer unstaple that part and keep it for themselves? Please advice me about the process at airport.

A recruiter called me for a position, took all my details. I have cleared 2 rounds and then HR round as well.
Later, I shared all the required documents like Salary slips etc.
Now they reach out to me and saying cannot proceed because we want immediate joiner or someone who can join within 30 days.

Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.


We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.


When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.

I interviewed at KPMG, CTC part already discussed, I clearly mentioned I’m holding offer and I’m expecting 20-30% hike on my offer and he agreed and proceeds my profile.
I cleared 1st technical round and second round interviewers asked my expectations and same I replied. Then he talk very unprofessional and also he is explaining how much they have effort for conducting one interview and here you’re doing shopping. He ended the interview.
