I got offer from Accenture and HCL. HCL offer is slightly better than Accenture in terms of pay. Now, I have requested Accenture to revise the offer to match HCL offer.
Will they match HCL's offer? If yes how long will they take to revert back?

Any male Asians , feel that they have been passed up for a role because they are Asian ? Feels like the Asian man dating effect spills over into corporate culture . Or am I alone n over thinking it?
