I had recently negotiated my offer with Deloitte after two rounds of interviews.

After the discussion, I had got a mail from the HR Team asking me to upload my resume on the job portal, for that particular requirement. I did that today and after its completion, the job status was shown as "Offer in progress", which is correct. However, now when I check the status, it's being shown as "Interview in progress".

This appears to be anomalous. Anybody faced this issue?

My S/O and I have always talked about having a big family. I want to start on my mid 20s and hopefully finish having kids by my mid 30s (I want 3-4 kids). Should I wait until after COVID to start having kids? Life is unpredictable so who’s to say that after one pandemic there won’t be another. I’m hesitant to wait but scared now to start trying for a baby.
