2. Deloitte USI - Fixed 13LPA + 10% Variable + 2JB

Saxo is in Gurgaon (relocation needed), whereas Deloitte is in Kolkata.

Can you please suggest which one is better?

Hi ladies! What are some stress/sadness-coping mechanisms you use?

During the initial screening call the recruiter asked me for salary expectations I said it was too early to tell. I asked them to share a range & they did. Now that I’ve finished interviewing they’ve followed up & asked me again about salary expectations. I replied with a range between 5-10%>the high end of their range based on market research & my experience exceeding their requirements. I’m concerned the hiring manager will discard me b/c my counter was higher. Thoughts?

I launched a freight brokerage. Put systems and automated process to scale efficiently. It’s been less than a year and the firm could really benefit from business development, carrier engagement and admin support staff. But all these costs $$, which is limited.

Controversial take: Tucked in shirts on women are unfashionable. Something about it throws me back to high school. In my personal life I prefer a cropped vibe and professionally I buy things that don’t require tucking. Even button ups, I might tuck one side but I a prefer a casual untucked look vs tucked. Hard to digest: during 2000-2001 .com bubble, overall there were 107K layoffs (yes, then the tech staff was less compared to today). But in just Q4 2022, there have been 120K lay offs so far and looks like it’s just the beginning.

Whats the process to pay home loan before tenure completion? Is it good idea to do so?
