I think it might be time for me to look for a new employer as I’m getting pretty annoyed by my current company (don’t care about employees, poor benefits, boring projects) any thought on consulting firm like Slalom, Sia Partners etc. Any other suggestion? I have joined a project recently and everyone in the project is ignorant towards me and no one is helping me with my work and deliverables which is kind which is making the work environment stressful and more over my lead does not care about it and only task completion, I am not able to perform in the project and feel due to this communication gap, I will be thrown out of the project. What all will be the consequences for all above.
