Just from work life balance perspective and employee friendly policies, choose AllState. Only issue is they have shift 1-9 or 2-10. I would choose AllState over Deloitte because they are working for themselves and not any client that way things are bit chill.

Ask Deloitte for clarity.
If they want to offer 10% variables which is invisible in offer letter, then my suggestion is to ask them to document it in email.
Or
Ask them to add that 10% directly to compensation or a one-time JB
Invisible stuff goes side track after joining, just my opinion!

You already have mentioned 2.4L variable which is 10% of your fixed. I don't think so any extra 10 % is there.
True... But heard it from the recruitment coordinator who is a 3rd party consultancy helping Deloitte in the recruitment part.
Hence wanted to see get a clarity on this before I make a decision.

If you are a developer/tester/devops please avoid joining such ,because I have seen people joining and are experiencing stress and not able to cope with work life balance
Daily you will be working more than normal hours
No learnings or career development
Peers don’t share Knowledge as they want to have dependency on them
If you join you will definitely regret in your life after some point of time
Only 2-5% of teams in entire allstate india have good work life balance
Please avoid doing micro management
Employees should not work more than normal hours
While hiring say clearly that you will put them in support and need to work weekends as well
Please don’t join seeing other reviews for wlb , Anway its ur decision and u will regret later
Good for women employees in some team , but better avoid as there is no wlb .

yes.. I mean partially.. my shift is 1pm to 9:30pm.. there are teams who has 2 to 11 and then non IT insurance and bpm teams work in all round shifts.. IT has only 2 shifts 1 to 9:30 and 2 to 11
