Anyone have any valuable insight on the interview process for Enterprise Account Executive with Glassdoor?
I received an invite for an interview and I’m very excited. For reference I am a SAE with Indeed so I hope that if chosen, the transition will be simple.
Also, if any fellow Indeedians have made the jump to Glassdoor, share your thoughts. Glassdoor

I am going to have the final HR round with 6sense for Adoption Consultant role. I have 3.5 years of experience in Salesforce and Leadsquared as a senior business analyst. Before the interview, I told the HR that my current package is 16 and my expectation is anything above this.
During the HR round, she would definitely ask about my expected CTC, can anyone please help me with that. What amt to quote as the CTC range isn't available for this role & org in any platform.6sense Insights, Inc

Tcs can revole ur offer as well. If u r so keen to join tcs then don't take risk for 2lakh
TCS HR's are not good at negotiating. They will simply say the max hike TCS gives is 60%. I had the same scenario, I asked TCS 1L more and they rejected the counter offer even though I had another offer. Even after 2-3 project managers got convinced with my skills and ready to pick me into their project HR rejected the counter saying that's the limit.
Anyway you can try it. Don't ask them to match it but you can ask if you can provide me X amount and you promise to join them. But be careful
And I got 65%. All depends on their budget. Not on a hike percentage I think.
I re-negotiated with TCS HR and he revised my offer. TCS only considers a few organisation offers for re-negotiation. In your case, it looks difficult. But you can call HR and give it a try. No harm in this.
Luckily my HR was a man of his word. He gave me 2-3 working days to get my revised ctc. It took exactly 3 working days. I followed up with him on the 2nd day. He responded well.

Yoe, tech stack and offer details if mentioned that would help to understand situation better
TCS HR replied stating they are NOT revising my Offer...
Can you please suggest which org I have to Go with?
YOE : 6.5
Tech stack : Cloud (Azure + GCP)
TCS : 13.5 LPA(No joining Bonus)
Birlasoft :17 LPA+ 75k Joining bonus(1 year commitment i have to give if I take Joining bonus)
What are future Consequences if I won't join TCS as of now.. will I be able to join again in future.😣😣 I am literally confused in making wise decision
Can't I even atleast try? Or simply join with out any negotiation....
Okay... Company name :BirlaSoft
If you are much experienced, like 10+ years, then join tcs. As they won't fire you anyway.
You can negotiate but generally thay take atleast 1 month time while you have only 10 days.
Still u can try
1 month 😨thats crazy time..
