I have an Offer from TCS with 60% hike on my Current CTC & I still have 10 days for the Joining date but now I got another offer confirmed and expecting offer letter in 2days.The new offer value is 80% hike on my Current CTC & I don't wanna join that Organisation which is Tier 3 MNC when Compared to TCS it's a way below, wanna join TCS. But before that Can I ask TCS HR to revise my offer by sharing the New offer which I have received from other org. Will TCS Match?

I’m a SE, and been doing it professionally for around 3 years, no college education or anything, im only 21 and I accepted an offer at a company on november 2021, the offer was for a salary of 116,000 plus a 10-15% yearly bonus. Obviously i have all the other benefits like insurance, after browsing fishbowl I found so many other people doing the same job but getting paid in some cases double than me. so, I am being under paid? or maybe are these especial cases of people making a lot?

So I am a CPB wi to AAPC but have no work experience as of yet. A job is offering $20/ hr and I wanted to know if that aligns with most places. It’s the DMV area if that helps any.

Now a days how people will get that number of offers and huge number of packages in IT industry. I am looking for a job change and trying to apply from last 2 months. After my current package discussion with HR, they are not came back and not scheduling any interviews.

Hello Fishes. I have received positive feedback from KPMG interviews for consultant position and have submitted documents. I was told I will be getting a call from HR for negotiation in a day or two and then final offer letter will be rolled out. It has been 4 working days and I haven't been contacted yet. Housing/rent q— In a 3 bedroom with two roommates in Brooklyn and for 8 months of our lease we’ve dealt with mice issues. Our old managment company was so bad at responding to our requests/inefficient, so we took to buying traps ourselves. The problem would go away, and then we’d find another mouse. Managment recently changed in February and thy’ve been much more responsive but we’ve caught 10 mice at this point. Asked for one month of rent free, but LL only offered $500. Should we keep pushing?
