Yeah you did the right thing buddy. Few days back i faced similar situation. No wlb, toxic work culture, arrogant people and no peace. I resigned within few months without any offer letter as it was becoming worse with time. And as the market is really good these days i had multiple offers at last and i am really happy now that i took the right step because mental peace is much more important than anything else. And as i can see you have really good tech stack which is highly in demand these days. So dont worry buddy. You will get pleanty of opportunities. Just update your naukri profile daily for notice period and other details and stay active there and also connect with people on linked in for referrals and job openings. Wish you good luck.
I have raised my voice again and again but it was shut down by the higher management. finally I resigned today..
I feel like crying day by day and it was getting really difficult for me to continue

You did the right thing. Now the next step is to make a good job portal profile using the right keywords and a good resume.
Do one thing, all urgent hirings are done through Naukri portal, make a good profile, and mention that you have 30 days remaining in your notice period,if HR asks adjust your LDW accordingly, like this week you can say your LDW is 21st June, next week 30th June like that. By doing that you will get recruiter calls, through which you will know 2 things, how much in demand your role is and through sitting for interviews you will know how solid your preparation is, even if it is not, you will get to know the kind of questions asked, process and everything and how much companies are willing to pay for your tech stack & YOE.
And during this time apply to your target company website as well, they take time to process profiles, so you will get calls from them in the last 45 days.
In the last 45 days give serious interviews for your target and potential companies, negotiate well and land a good job somewhere. All the best.
Really thanks a lot for the suggestion. I am really thankful that people in tech as so helpful.
will never forget your suggestion brother, never
You don't need to resign . You could have use time for preparation and do less work. You could have salary coming lol
I think you have taken a right decision. Mental peace is more important than money sometimes and you can easily crack interview during your notice period. Stay strong and drop me a direct message. I can refer you in nokia.

You have 2.6 years of experience, you have a lot to learn. Everyone is looking for their own best, so it's your responsibility to look what's best for you. There's no point in fighting management, it's like a well oiled machinery,it will function as it is whether you are a part of it or not. Either you accept it and be a part of it or you leave, you can't change it. As you grow in experience you will learn that. So it's a good decision to move on, don't stress over it. You have already put down the papers, best is to leave it all behind and focus on the next steps and what is to come. All the best.

Well done to you and others in your team who didn't bow down to the management. I myself had resigned without an offer (although for different reasons) and on a break now, giving interviews. It's not bad, don't feel scared of your decision.
It must be a tough call to quit without having an offer but if u hv done this we can understand how toxic the work environment could be. U did right don't think too much and look for other opportunities
Thanks a lot for the support. Really
Don't worry. You have done the right thing. I did the same. Fine tuned my skills for 6 months and at the same time started exploring opportunities. Finally landed in a very good organization with everything better in all ways. Trust the process.

If you're looking to join Ansys, let's connect.
Hey, please don't stress out.... You have skills which will definitely fetch you a decent role. Since you resigned without an offer, at the most you might have to take a hit on the hike or designation part but that is alright ... Eventually, happiness matters more than any designation, brand or package.
Being healthy, emotionally and physically, is much much more valuable than any sort of package. Moreover, in your career span of approx 30-35 years, when you look back, this would be just a blip on your career graph... One switch again and you will be back on track :)
I am with you on this decision of yours! It takes guts to do this and I admire your courage!
Please send your resume to reprtk@gmail.com
