I have cleared my L2 round in wipro. I am waiting for the HR round. I have an experience of 8.11 years in .net. what band should i get ( i guess it should be B3 or C1 ) in wipro and how much package should I ask. My current CTC is 12.5

194 base
20% bonus
165k rsu over 4 years

Need advice....My last working day in wipro is 26th December and My Joining in TCS was 28th December but now it's getting extended till 10th January, what you suggest, should I extend the last working date in wipro or I should leave wipro?
I will be unemployed for 15 days!!.
PS- Their is lot of work in wipro and In notice period as well they are making me work on weekend.
