I joined the company worked for two days. I am not feeling well with this management and their stability. I don't have PF account number also. I didn't sign any bond contract.In the offer letter prior to completion of 3 month continuous employment lieu to pay 1 month salary. Is the company can able to take leagal action against me? Company culture unethical asked me to work for 14 to 15 hours everyday.

Received an offer with 150k base and 25k bonus. Had a negotiation call where I requested a 10-15% base bump for merit/BATNA reasons. They were receptive.

Follow up call they provided a 13% base increase + an unexpected 41% bonus decrease.

Is this common practice? Any thoughts on countering this? Any specific language you would use?

I realize I never accounted for this scenario and that's on me! Hoping for advice on how best to move forward.

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
