CTC offered : 10.17 Fixed + 1.13 Variable

Am I being underpaid? Should I look for opportunities?

I know a good deal of ML and DL theory and have done two projects which I believe are good. I'm from CS background and am decent at coding. Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role. Tried to convince him, but no luck, thinking to have a discussion at the last moment now. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I got an offer from TCS of 8.13LPA for 4 yoe in automotive domain and accepted that offer. but my salary was revised from 6.2 to 7.74 LPA in appraisal at my current company, now if I compare it with tcs it is I am getting less than 10% raise in tcs . How should I approach to HR in tcs regarding this issue.
