Looking to apply to McKinsey- is it better to apply to a role where you already have direct experience or to the role you’re interested in?

Have 2+ years experience in business process improvement and optimization, and Implementation consulting. I’m looking to pivot to a role focused on strategy solutioning which looks like what the Associate role has to offer based on the JD. However, they also have roles specific to business process and implementation. Any help here appreciated!

I am trying to move from my farming role back to an outbound prospecting position. I have a couple screening calls for some pretty awesome companies and I would love some pointers on how to beat the objection that I have only been in my farming role since June. In my first organisation all the documents is genuine but employer said FNF is yet not done and performance is poor but in my experience letter all is good and when I talk my manger he also told it's not fair by the director of the company.

I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED].
Is it fine or should I negotiate more?
Also I have offer from Accenture with 8 lpa fixed + 21% variable and 60k joining bonus.
Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture?
