Accenture talk about innovation everytime, but when I presented 2 innovative ideas, I have been demotivated.. I didn't feel like they listen my idea entirely... and gave a verdict like this is not a good idea/no business value.
But when I cross questioned them what they understand about the domain of my idea they couldn't give answers...!!

I am under 3 year bond with my current company. I have completed 1.8 years and I got better opportunity. I have resigned and started noticed period.

To get the experience letter, I will need to pay 2 Lac since I am breaking the bond. Can anyone advise how can I negotiate with HR so that it can be waived off/atleast under 1 Lac ?
