I'm a 2+ yoe emp in TCS...my ctc was at 4.26 lpa...
So I applied for jobs...got offers from KPMG and LTI...but I wasn't able to get >7lpa...After 2 mnth of NP, luckily cleared DCA within TCS and my ctc upgraded to 7.95lpa...I felt satisfied and so withdrew my papers...Now I am seeing my friends getting 10+lpa for same exp with same IQ...I didn't want to involve in such a rat race but still getting depressed over this...any tips to retain back my peace of mind?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

2. Mphasis 18(17.1 fixed)
3. Pegasystems 14(13.1 fixed)

Pegasystems is a product based company with alot of benefits but salary is very low.
Mphasis is offering good but heard they have very less development projects and also wlb is not that good
LTI is also offering good and heard that again wlb is not good.

LTI and Mphasis are service based companies.
