I found that there is no VPF declaration in EY 🙄.

How is it calculated then? How is VPF amount deducted? For tax calculation purposes?

TriCare reserve select vs Cigna oap: My new employer pays 100% for us so thinking of dropping TRS. There is a 12 month lock out, but I’m guessing that if I change employment I can get TRS again since that should be a QLE. Anybody else have experience with this?

Can you please tell how tax is calculated if changed company in middle of financial year.

Company1(April2022 to September2022)
company1 Total CTC was 6.87lpa,after hra declaration taxable income was below 5 lpa so no tax was deducted

Company2 currently working( October2022 to march2023) .
In Company2 total CTC for remaining months in financial year is 7.5lpa.
Taxable income is 6.5lpa.
Tax to pay every month is 7k.

what will be total tax if i combine both employer income.

My DOJ at ey gds is 26th Oct. In the offer letter it was stated that i can work remotely until I'm asked to join the office. But within the offer letter itself they have provided info regarding reallocation reimbursement. So should i actually go to the office on 26th or can i work remotely until I'm asked to join the office.

But issue is they have give offer for contact period of 6 month and mention that they will make me permanet employee of EY after 6 month contact if performance is good.

I am interested in profile but sure whether they will really make me permanent after 6 month contract is over.

I wanted to know about the GDS Variable Pay Bonus (VPB) Program, in my offer it is 10%, is this component not part of the CTC?
