I’ve been waiting for security clearance since July and just found out I’m pregnant after trying for a year. I’m hoping clearance will be granted in early spring 2021 and I can start work soon after. Thankfully taking unpaid time off isn’t a big issue (won’t be eligible for FMLA or parental leave), but worried about timing and telling HR & my supervisor. I’m planning to tell them once I start; know timing isn’t ideal and stressed about starting off on the wrong foot. Any advice?

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I've lost 70+ hrs/week of para hours over the past few years and my students are really suffering. This leaves our district open to lawsuits, but the real problem is the state's education budget. Hi friends. I have 6.5 yrs experience in testing. I have a doubt, during my HR round I did salary negotiation and got offer letter with 8Lpa.
My company provided me the same offer to retain me. I told the same thing to the HR 2nd time he revised the offer letter with 10 Lpa and sent .
Still I feel my salary is low for 6.5 yrs experience. Shall I ask him to negotiate the salary 3rd time. Is that ok to ask? This will work or not????

What should I do in this situation?

Situation: i have a joining date of this month, which is less than my notice period and have another offer letter whose Joining date is after my lwd.

But the first offer is quite better than the second one and the HR of the first company is asking for LWD mail or proof, but I have that for next month.

What shall I say to HR ?
