Is 33LPA good package for Java developer of 10 yoe. This is my 5th company so far.
I came to know few are getting 40, 50 lpa for this range of experience and tech stack.
Just wanted to know whether I am in market standards or below of that.

I got turned down for three mid level design positions. I don’t know if it’s because my last position was as an art director and they’re just confused or if I seem not as enthusiastic about the role as I should be but it’s definitely disheartening because I’m unemployed and I need to get back to work. I have since decided to focus more on senior designer and Art Director roles at a higher rate and will go from there.
