It has been a month since I have joined KPMG global services. But till now I am not assigned to any project. I have also attended a client interview but i didn't got selected for the project.
So as a new joiner i need suggestions and advices. Is it going affect my position?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!

I have a somewhat unsteady, gappy work history due to several health issues — serious ones — that have gotten in the way since I passed the bar. My first major health issue I can easily explain as it’s physical, a major concussion. My other health issues are severe depression that affected my ability to work steadily. I am better finally, and ready to get back to work, but I don’t know how to explain this or even approach this during interviews/resume writing.

Anyone have any helpful advice?

I got an offer from a different vendor to join morgan stanley. I leveraged to offer to directly join morgan stanley. Will this cause an issue? Can the vendor complain about me? I have not joined the vendor. I had only given interview with morgan for 2 different profiles.

HiAll, My lead resigned and my manager informed me just 2 weeks before her lwd on this and asked me to take up all their responsibilities. I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now?
