I have an associate full-time offer from a Big4 & an Analyst offer from a decent consulting firm. The pay is in the 60 range for big4 and 70s for consulting firm.
What would you do? I'm not sure what the consulting job will be like but I wouldn't need a masters degree which is great. I am also an analytics minor which is useful.

Some of the best competent people have left recently as a result. Now they’re constantly posting propaganda on LI pretending it’s a “fun & cool” place to work. It makes me want to throw up in my mouth. I was I could tell all the naive young millennials to run, as fast as they can or else they better watch their backs…

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted. I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.
