Just want to know, does TCS provides the joining bonus? Have anyone got it recently?

I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? Do I have a leg to stand on if I even try negotiating at the point? I have til Friday to fully accept. I’ve never negotiated my salary but want to be sure I’m being paid fairly for this site merchandiser role! TIA

Hi, I got offer from KPMG Global Services. They have a component in their salary called "Flexible Compensation". I understand, it is something which the employees usually structure by themselves. I am confused about a few of the allowances, "Mobile/landline bill reimbursement", "Expenses in pursuit of Education", "Purchase of computer at home". Are these reimbursements or they will be paid as part of the salary?

Bay Area licensed producer in life accident and health Seeking a producer position in employee benefits where there is a good base salary + commissions pay structure, or a salaried position in marketing or account management/benefits consulting where I can earn 50% commissions on groups I sell in addition to my salary. These are my current options so I know it exist. I’m an account manager who is licensed and can write my own groups, and I will get 50% of the commission.

I have completed my rounds at PWC for associate consultant in cybersecurity risk. I did extremely well in my technical and hr rounds and now HR negotiation is going on. My current CTC is 8.5 lpa with 2 YOE. I am wondering if i will be able to get 13 LPA. Also, is there any joining bonus in PWC. What other benefits do we have?

I used to be an SE ($180k OTE, 75/25) and transitioned to Enterprise AE ($350k last year, $260k OTE).

I like being an SE, though. Is there any way to get a comparative comp in SE world if I were to make a transition back?

I used to get around 5.5 lpa fixed in my previous company even after 3.5 years and my comeptency was in data science and machine learning.
