1.) Mindtree:18 LPA (All are fixed, since they pay 12% VP each monthly completely)

2.) HCL: 21 LPA (19.3 is Fixed including 5% VP paid each monthy completely)

3.)PWC AC - Banglore:22/23 LPA (All Fixed - Approval & offer in progress)

Could you pls give some insight which is better to join as I'm looking for Stability, Learning, & Wlb majorly.

I got written up due to a millennial aged co-worker whose feelings I accidentally hurt during a meeting. I didn’t call the person any derogatory names or shout or do anything out of the ordinary. I just pointed out some strategic errors that would have effected the deliverables. I was told by my supervisor that people of this persons age don’t respond well to criticism and that I need to find another way to communicate when they’ve failed to complete a task properly. Anyone have any suggestions?

I recently joined pwc, last month(first company, I'm a fresher). The work life is quite good as of now, I'm getting trained in SAP, got assigned to a project too.
But I'm feeling restless, whenever I am not doing my office works, I'm going through Linkdn; practising sql, dsa. I also spoke with a few guys for possible referrals in future.
I feel like I should chill out for atleast a 2-3 months, but I'm having trouble relaxing my mind.
