I had a psych meet the other day for VA stuff in expanding my PTSD and anxiety issues - it opened some traumas; childhood, Iraq, divorce, alcoholism, suicide attempt. I cried a few times explaining then to now. I’ve been in therapy for years which has given me all the tools I’ve needed to work thru it all. Hi, I'm an ASE, I cleared techleap program and got information about promotion to SE. It's been an year since I joined. What would be the salary when I got promoted to SE? Does Months at level/experience matter to the salary for SE level?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3.5 . I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
