I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.
I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

Hi, I have an interview at BCG DV next week for the “Venture architect” role.
Any insight on the role (beyond the job description on the website)?
Also, does the interviewing process include case interview questions like in “regular” BCG strategy consulting interviews? Thanks in advance! BCG Digital Ventures

You don’t need to invest £100k+ just to move to product management, honestly your roi would be better to just move down a few rungs on the ladder and take a junior PM role.

Where do you work/what area? I’d advise trying a lateral move into your digital consulting team then exit will be easier or going into industry to get proper delivery experience either as a senior BA or delivery manager. Otherwise you could apply for junior PM positions or PM in government which are slightly easier to get into.
Try and align to some kind of business analyst role internally first then move, a lot of those roles responsibilities overlap. Get involved in pitches to show how you can identify value and contribute to prioritisation/roadmaps. Join webinars of product managers from tech companies (lots on LinkedIn). Take a product management course (general assembly do one). Find a mentor.
Ex-product manager here. My advice would be to join a bootcamp course on Product (e.g. DataCamp or similar) and then apply for PM roles at a startup, since hiring criteria tends to be much more lax. Otherwise, MBA.
