Recently my company was acquired by some other company and I was supposed to get hike this month but instead as per new company rules they will give me hike after 3 months and I have to work with current pay untill then. Should I stay or switch ?

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

My daughter joined a large company and was told she could add her domestic partner onto her benefits. Now they are saying she has to file affidavit for common law marriage.
