I’m in an online environmental science masters program at an expensive “name-brand” school, but have colleagues telling me I should transfer to a less expensive program to save $ because no one cares about where your degree is from. Is it worth it to leave a Deloitte Analyst role (just hit 1 year at Deloitte) for an Analyst role at Levi’s digital product team (building out an AI tool) for a 25% pay bump?

I’m not sure if it’s too early to leave Deloitte/consulting for a lateral move, but I don’t enjoy the Deloitte culture/feel like I have no impact. I originally applied for a Senior Analyst role at Levi’s though and they bumped it down to Analyst bc of YOE.

Need advice! Y big4 slow by 2 weeks how to nudge them (Y hr or via recuiter) to give feedback start next round asap. So can play them against each other on package.
