What m&a opportunities are there at tech companies, and are they mostly at FAANG/similar companies? If so, anyone know what the hours are like (in comparison to biglaw)? Are you still subject to the grind/unpredictability that comes with just being in m&a, even though it’s in house?

Hi, Not pregnant yet but a big time planner. When do you think would be the optimal time to tell my manager about a pregnancy?
