Hello Fishes,

Negotiation advice needed.

I have 30days left in my NP.

So far 4 offer - PwC India, Capgemini, Cognizant and Lexmark.

Lexmark is a 30 years old product based company...but has only 500 employees in India, so fear of layoffs in near future.

PwC India has given 9.9 as fixed. The highest I have is 13 fixed+0.6variable.

Can I negotiate with PwC to convert 9.9 to 13 or even 12 fixed?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

Hi All,

I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
