I joined EY 4months ago as tech consultant with decent CTC and I am still on bench. at starting i enjoyed a lot but now i m getting bored. Just sitting and doing nothing. I dont even need to start my laptop. EY people not scheduling my client interview too. Should i start looking for a job change or should i wait here.

Giving interviews almost every week but the interview is so tough man.
I am a dentist and they expect me to have a knowledge of an MS.
Setting the bar of such great knowledge for INSURANCE!!? Like seriously.

Went through multiple rounds of interviews and was told they would be able to make a decision by this week. Are final round candidates notified if they aren’t selected? Or is there a point when I should just assume I didn’t get the job.

How do you bill for a project when your constantly getting distracted by other matters, calls, emails etc. I’m honestly just estimating what it should have taken.

Is there a rule when one is conducting witness interviews for an internal investigation that you should not show the witness a specific email that he or she is not involved in (email A) even though he or she might be involved in an earlier email in the same email chain (email B) and these two emails are in the same email chain/exhibit and you inadvertently show the witness email A? Hi Guys, recently I received offers from 1. CTS & 2. EY GDS. EY offer is way lesser than my 1st offer from CTS, citing my low current salary. So, I haven't accepted the EY offer yet in the hope that it will be revised. Tech : SAP BW & SAC Planning, YOE 13 yrs, role offer : SCON 3, 26.5 fixed. I believe I should get around 32 fixed & HR is low balling me both on role & salary. Suggest me some strategies to get this offer revised.
