Left public accounting as an Audit Manager to take a Controller position in private. Realizing I don’t want to get stuck in a Controller position LT and would like to possibly be in FP&A if I stayed in private. I found out after 4 long interviews over the past 6 weeks that I didn’t get the role. However, they reached out to let me know I was a top candidate and it was a tough decision. They want me to apply instead for a different role on that team and do one more interview with a person who works on that subset team. Is this a red flag or anyone been through something similar? I’m exhausted.

What is mostly the role for 7B having around 9 years of experience? How tough is to get allocated in a project with this band?

Is there traditionally a 2nd round of just-in-time openings for consulting firms toward graduation? (MBA)

If yes, and you got to but not through the 2nd round in September/October does that preclude one from applying again at that time?

I have offers from optum and hcl for similar amount for senior salesforce developer role.

Did a full round of interviews for a role and was told another candidate was chosen. Recruiter said the senior manager really enjoyed our convo and thought i would be a better fit for the sr. analyst role she manages so I did another interview with the hiring manager. Conversation went great but was all cultural based and no technical questions were asked. Has anybody had experiences similar to this? Was wondering how I would be compared to other applicants if no technical questions were asked?

I finally got the final draft(Salary Stack Up) of my CTC after asking for some major and minor modifications twice which already took around 2 weeks.

Now that i have accepted the draft, HR said that she will send formal offer letter by EOD of next working day. It is more than 48 hours. Neither HR is responding to mail nor call nor sms.

What do i expect here now?

When does zs release their official joining letter?

What can a experienced hire expect a day to be like for DAAC?
