I've been at Capgemini for only 3 months as a Senior Consultant but I've been reached out by a recruiter from Accenture for a position that is similar what I'm currently in (SAP BRIM). I always felt that Accenture has a better grasp in the SAP industry and would actually have better opportunities for growth. I haven't really felt that Capgemini was the best move for me so far for this (outside of the money which was the primary reason why I jumped to them). Should I reach out for an interview?

I literally just came back from the Visa restamping appointment to drop off my passport in São Paulo.

So, I’ve a master from a really good college, and 1 YOE. I’ve 3 pending offers, idk which is better. I’m leaving my current position because I don’t really get along with people here.

1. $125k with great work environment in a small company. Will have to do a lot of testing, rather than building. Steep learning curve.

2. $115k with 10k sign on. It’s Northrop Grumman, and idk if it would be a great idea to work for a big company. I’ll be working with spacecraft. Unknown work culture and team.

After getting offer letter from TCS I had given a tentative joining date and was asked to communicate if I get early release from my current organisation . But I could not get an early release and hence I will be joining on the given date which is April last week . Meanwhile BGC was initiated and that’s been more than a month . Should I expect any kind of communication or directly before onboarding , can anyone help me to understand ? Anyone having joining in April last week?

Hello TCS folks in the TCS offer letter it is mentioned that we have to initiate the BCG process with 5 days of offer acceptance does that mean I have to submit all the required documents for BCG within 5 days after offer acceptance? Resignation acceptance letter is also one document mentioned in the BCG list is that also need to be update within 5 days? Or it can be uploaded later the reason for concern is what if someone resign after 2 weeks of accepting the offer Tata Consultancy

Had joined Infosys in May 2021 and almost 9 months are done.
Had received some joining bonus and it was written that it will be taken back if i leave the company within a year.

Have resigned last week so 10 months are completed but my last reliving date is after three months (NP) i.e after completing 1 year..
So will they consider dat of resignation or last day of employment..?
