Hello fishes, SOS!! My friend got terminated today from Atmecs Hyd on disciplinary issues which is not true! He is trying to dispute it. However he has offer from another company. Hmm, I think his best bet is to try and dispute and be proactive about reaching out to the company to let them know this claim is ongoing

Let the other company know what’s going on and make sure that offer is still in tact and moving along. That’s more important than disputing the claim which I’m sure they can get figured out as well.

I would only cross that bridge when I got to it. They may not even say anything, so I'd wait.

Experienced hire Manager here, informed before Christmas that I’ll be taking another lap but not because of performance (5/5 on scats and all operating at next level) or metrics (22mm in MR) but the only reason is I need more time in the “saddle”… During this time, I’ve been replying to recruiters and after a PPMD interview last week, I was offered an SM role at a smaller firm with a base pay increase of 45% (225k) over my current salary. Very much considering this… thoughts?

I like my team at D and the work is pretty chill. Getting paid 90k base with 1.5 YOE. However I have an offer at another big 4 (Not KPMG) for 130k base, with a title increase.
