I got a senior solutions consultant offer from Deloitte usdc. Does anyone have any insight on the role?

I need some help. I'm struggling immensely to cope right now and have been for a while. I'm talking about breakdowns and crying every day. I can't ask for help as I'm going to hand in my notice in two weeks and then stay for another three more only, but I feel incapable of even getting through those five weeks. How do I make it out ok?

We are very leanly staffed and I have a principle role in many transactions as sole associate which makes it more challenging, to both cope and take space.

I’ve recently started applying for director roles to move on to the next step. I’m finding that my language I use to talk about my role and day-to-day work is often regurgitated back to me in corporate speak for their clarification. Are there any resources out there to learn how to corporatize what I’m trying to get across to interviewers?

Hi, can anyone share some information on how final stage interviews (for a senior consultant role) with a senior director/partner usually go? I was told it was a ‘confirmatory call’ - are they usually a full structure interview or more of an informal chat to make sure you would fit at the organisation?

Not intending this as a brag or anything - just genuinely seeking advice. I will be promoted soon (unusually early in my tenure at company), with corresponding pay bump (though unclear what the "norm" or "baseline" is for this level).
