Would it be wrong to accept a position and then leave for another company ?

Joining McKinsey in a couple of months as experienced hire, entering as “senior associate”. A step down from previously being a very promising PL at a boutique (but it’s mck…) and was told I can expect a very quick way back to EM. What can I do to ensure that this is realized?

If you have to choose between a unicorn startup and a Big 4. What would you do.
A few obvious key differences I can think off.
1. Startup offering better compensation approx 10-20 % higher
2. Startup will have better learning opportunities
3. Big4 would have better WLB
4. Big4 would have better job security

I am sure there are plenty more differences but what would you prefer and on what parameters.

I have 4.3 YOE currently and I was offered Engr II - Full Stack position in VDSI. But after doing some research it seems Engr II is usually for YOE between 2 and 4. Is this correct? Will there be a problem for me if I take up this position with my YOE?
Since I am a lateral entry, I think promotion to Engr III also would take a lot of time.

If you really considered a fetus to be a baby, then you'd see abortion as the same thing as killing a newborn which would obviously be horrible. The main debate is whether or not a fetus is human enough to have rights, which is debateable even by scientists, which is why abortion deadlines are so arbitrary (6 weeks, 15 weeks, etc).
