It could tell you a lot or nothing. On fixed price deals LCATs are only used internally in most cases to build a price. The gov generally has no visibility into that in this case. If it’s a cost type contract, each individual has to meet or exceed the LCAT requirements. In most cases the gov has to approve each individual at their LCAT. The only way you could back into a salary is you’d have to know other variables like profit, overhead, g&a, and fringe for your company. On fixed price this is harder because most firms look at contract profit in aggregate not on a per position basis
