My goal in my career is to make $300k-$400k salary. I’m thinking my best route from workday is in industry as a director of people systems or something similar. Any thoughts?

If a Partner is seconded to US (say from Brazil); how does the comp work? Especially considering the Partner will be on a work visa and might not be eligible for being a full partner. Also, how is the comp decided (especially the comp in Brazil will be closer to 400K USD for a 4 - 5 yrs partner).

Curious… Those in Accounting roles… What have your bonuses looked like throughout your career? Like how much?

I got a bonus this year larger than I ever would have thought ($30k - I’m a Senior Accountant if that helps). And don’t know if that is normal to expect moving forward or if I just got lucky.

Hey fishies, I’m having a crisis. My total comp at my current job is 190k. However, I’m bored out of my skull and my boss has made it clear there’s no chance of promotion. I committed to Fuqua (with a 120k scholarship) to transition to more interesting work (strategy). Am I being foolish or is more interesting work in the long run worth the pay cut for a few years?

Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?
