Valuelabs are insisting me to join on 6sep, No matter how Much I tried to convince them.
This gives very bad vibes. Still didn’t released an offer letter till September 2(today). But took all the documents.

Apart from ctc I want to consider work culture, job satisfaction, work life balance and career growth.
