I am having around 7.5 yrs of experience. One offer with IBM (ISDL) ,role(senior staff engineer) is in pipeline. In what ranges do they offer ctc, please provide some insights, so that i can negotiate. I am excited for this role because i never had a chance to work in product company. The location is also not my native and i have been told wfh is not possible and ill have to relocate.

Ask them for higher joining bonus if they want u to join early.
Tell valuelabs that comparatively the other org is valueing the employee more. They are atleast giving me time to do preperation before shifting.
While here we are just pushing to join on next day which will be too much hassle.
Negotiate hard if they want u to join early. Either in terms of higher ctc or more joining bonus. As you have the upper hand of being early joiner and an offer in hand.
If they have come to the offer generation process I don't think they would take back the offer just because employee is pushing for joining date.
If you don't want to join early even in the case of higher comp or bonus, give them some valid reason that since I have to travel to some other location to submit my laptop, I won't be able to make it on next day.
Best strategy is to wait for Value Labs till 5th morning.. Mostly they will release the offer by 5th afternoon.. Call and mail the Value labs counter offer to Neudesic and ask for a 10% hike.. they will surely revise the offer, Ask for the mail confirmation from Neudesic and get the offer released soon.. This is the best opportunity for u to get a good increment..

How much they offered value labs?
They may be asking you to join early due to project commitment. Otherwise, its pretty good organization compared to the other counterpart.
