Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini

You are getting very less at this YOE and role. Even an associate getting around 18-19 LPA in cognizant with 5-6 year of experience. What is your current CTC and skill ?
am currently getting 13 with designation Lead QA engineer
Ask for 18 LPA min
i guess CTS will not entertain a counter offer .My point of contacts are too much rigid to reply anything whether it is a small concern or a big one .
People across this IT field should improve their communication!! Seriously it is too tough if people won't reply when we approach them with a valid concern! I would say, there would be a prompt to make them reply within 3 hrs of a ping ...lol😂but seriously I also have experienced this many and even now experiencing ..

I would say wlb is better CGI but hike is in single digit.
Onsite depends on ur project and manager no one can specify it out right.
Go for the one which have more fixed in number. Cognizant has Gratuity add on the CTC and less variable pay. Capgemini have 10 percent of variable pay so consider all those parameters as well. Company wise no difference both are similar wrt to project, growth & WLB
