This is my first time working with a client using the COSO framework. Before elevating my inquiry to my seniors, I would like to confirm my understanding of how this exercise works.
Prior working papers are telling me that client should establish its compliance with the five components of the framework, correct? How rigid should I be in performing this?
To be fair, I was provided with a reading material but it’s a pretty hefty read.
Thanks for any responses!

Experienced associate? You mean senior associate? What's the YoE? And definitely that package range seems not right unless you have an MBA or tier1 college education. For senior associate 1, the pay range starts from 15lpa I believe for normal non-mba non-tier1/2 folks.
20-25 lpa is the correct range for Experienced Associate, and the title is correct as well, but this would be for preferably MBA folks and for Management Consulting
Its not right. This range is for Senior Associate 2. Experienced associate can be considered as Associate 2 level. Max in this can go upto 15 lpa. This is general trend. Not sure about your background and skill.
I am in tech and I am sure this is the range. MC's range could be a wee bit higher.
Experienced Associate is Associate 2.
Yes, for Tier 1 MBA hires in Management Consulting, it is indeed 20-25 fixed pay.
By looking at what y'all are saying, may be the salary range is messed up (maybe a mix of tech&mc salaries) in glassdoor. Btw I have a tier 1 Btech and not MBA. y'all set my expectations right. Thank you!
