Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. After doing this, I called hr she told me that we r waiting for hiring manager approval. I mailed hiring manager by cc'ing both the HRs that I'm vry much interested. No +ve response till yet. Wat should I do now

After a week or so I received a mail that you are almost there and a Google link to fill some details.
It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from their side and I don't have any HR no because no HR discussion has happened yet.
Can anyone tell me how much time it usually takes for next step and all.
