Been with my current employer for 10 years. Secure position, secure company. Want to move out of state, so starting over at a new company and that brings uncertainty. Has anyone been able to negotiate a severance package upfront as part of the package? I do not want to find myself in a dire position if the worst case was to happen where I fired from the new job. I know…long shot worst case but current position and company has security.

I cleared 2 rounds in CTS. Recruiter mailed to fill CIS form and salary slips. Post sharing both,got HR call after 5 days. Discussed on compensation. We agreed. I asked base location. HR told Pune. I wanted Noida. HR told will get back to me post discussing with Business. I was open for WFH. I followed up on mails and calls no reply. I reached out to CTS talent acquisition team. Then the recruiter told she will let me know once opening is for Noida! What should I assume 🥺 Will they offer?

I got offer from Wipro today for 30 LPA CTC
S&P Global - expecting offer by friday, asked 30 lak fixed. However I have not disclosed the wipro offer as i got only today

S&P said 30 Fixed not possible however he l try his best, he is ok for 27 fixed,(almost same pay as wipro) he said no variable pay will be mentioned in Offer, but u wil get. Not sure abt this policy

1) Which one to chose b/w wipro & s&p
2) How to negotiate with S&P ?Should i call now or after recieving offer

What will happen if a person leaves the present company within 15 days of joining. As that person has got a very good offer in terms of work and growth.

I have an offer from CTS I received couple of mails to accept the offer letter also to update the docs for BGV.. I do have couple of offers in pipeline as I still have 45 days np I would like to try to get in to a product based company. My question here is should I accept the offer letter from CTS now and then decline a week before my joining date if I get a better opportunity ?

Hi folks I've joined company A one week back but got best offer with company B and need to join in next week. Company B is providing better in terms of salary, role. A will not increase salary as per the ask as with very difficulty they gave this salary. I'm not sure what to do now as B is very good offer in all terms.
