What someone should do if you are team leader says you have to take treatment for not to forget some task?
My team leader is constantly asking (daily~7-8 times) for the work status apart from daily stand-up. I have recently joined this company 6 months back.

He is literally trying to prove that I don't know anything.
I am not feeling working or going to office. Feeling demotivated.
I can talk to the his superior as they are from the same gang.

How do you professionally address a noticeable lack of diversity on your team? More than 85% of my team is white or white passing, and of the remaining individuals none are Black, Indigenous, or AAPI.

I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. I had a divorce mediation last week. The client wasn’t thrilled with the results (is anyone after mediation?) but we left with the two things she wanted: the house and her pension. She thanked me. My office sent the bill a few days later, and client wrote my boss a very long, angry email claiming I gave her incompetent representation. My boss backed me 100%, but I haven’t been practicing very long, so it really stung. Anyone have advice on dealing with self doubt in these situations?
