I’ve been getting a lot of anxiety recently related to work (60+ hour weeks, tight deadlines, harsh account/PMs in the past are triggering it now) and I feel like I start to feel resentment and end I up leaving to work at another agency where the same thing happens down the road. Does anyone else experience this cycle of work-related trauma? How are you managing it?
