Hello! I’m new to fishbowl and wanted to make my first post. I’m currently in the process of transitioning out of the Air Force and looking for a skillbridge opportunity in project management, preferably located in Tampa, Florida. Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

Dude, all of your offers are quite near to each other, atleast try to raise the offer in some of them accordingly u ll get negotiating power with mastercard and Accenture, anyways do not low ball yourself and skills, check few you tube videos, and also see at last you have to go in one so even if you ll talk with HR to increase the offer which they can abt 15% for sure and for the advice either take Accenture or MasterCard, just have a call with the respective manager and take their interview as interview process is both ways needed deserving candidate and deserving manager, so if companies have the choice so why not you too, choose wisely whatever be the priority for you , wlb , grt work, or money or all (a happy case, not reality) at last it's your decision
