Hi! I’m just looking for advice about getting into the industry. I recently graduated and I can’t get any traction when it comes to job applications and interviews. I’m applying like crazy, using Jobscan, messaging recruiters, etc. Also, I have a awesome portfolio and resume. But I keep getting told I don’t have enough experience.

Btw, I’m applying for Jr graphic design, Jr art direction and internships positions.

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I have been working with a company for about 6 years as a Recruiter but I don’t feel I’m gaining the best recruiting experience due to so many limitations our company has. I’ve had to teach myself Boolean searching to be more active in recruiting. I have not had the luxury of someone to truly mentor me into a Recruiter so I’m trying to find any way I can learn and be more employable. Any advice?
