Just went under contract on our next home. I'm able to work it out to keep current house as a rental. On one hand, becoming a landlord at the beginning of a recession sounds terrible. On the other, it's a 500k property that I paid 260k for.
I'm using existing HELOC to help fund down payment and then selling a piece of land to payoff the HELOC. Once paid, expect to be about $800/mth cash flow positive. If I keep the land, will be about neutral cash flow.

Thoughts? No-brainer to keep it, right?

Sometimes I have a really hard time focusing. I've never been diagnosed with ADHD and this focusing issue started recently (2-3 years ago). Does anyone take any supplements or vitamins to help with staying focused?
