Some people are apprehensive about starting another bowl for all black attorneys because it will take away from this bowl. Any other HR Professionals tired of not being consider for a role just because you haven’t worked in a tech start up? Honestly, I don’t know if I will be a fit or not (nor do they) if they say no even before the hiring manager has spoken to me. I wish to share my story:I was working with ICICI Bank Ltd as chief manager since last six years. Last year my father expired during lockdown. While he was sick and after his death I took leave for three weeks. After I joined back I was informed about transfer from Mumbai to Gidderbaha branch and was asked to report there. I requested for change in location but in vain, organisation did not even arranged for place to stay for single woman. I resigned now after few months with no job in hand

Dear Mass recruiting companies, Now onwards please don't lecture only the employees in terms of ethics, moon lighting. Please look inwards and introspect yourself too.

Just few months back you hired freshers and now offer letter is revoked. This is a cycle, When there is excess demand, candidate do the same and when the demand subsides employers does it to candidate. So there is no point in crying when employees give it back to you!
