I got an offer from an organisation , but it requires me to move to gurgaon.
My spouse has permanent wfh .
My current CTC is : 20L
Offered CTC in gurgaon is : 31L + relocation expenses
Since I have never been to gurgaon, hence i am trying to understand the cost of living in gurgaon also is it wise decision for me to move gurgaon?

Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? What's your average monthly claim count? I'm trying to find out if my job duties and 10-hour shifts are in line with my salary. Or should I move on

Why is it recommended you give a company 2 weeks notice when you are leaving but at the same time, when they are laying you off/firing you, they typically do it on the spot. I have known countless people layed off/fired on the spot over the years (especially after busy season) and everyone else when they leave give 2 week notice. Why should we relinquish power to corporations? Corporations really don't care about us. They pretend they do.
