At Deloitte i was getting 2 lakhs a month in hand and at Dubai they are paying me 20k per month and some yearly bonus component.

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Having to start over after long term controlling relationship where I was left out of all the finance stuff. So I’m lost TBH. Engineering makes sense, managing my money not so much.

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

once I was working for Huawei account in Wipro. Where the work pressure was too much and manager also called during weekends.

once I worked, but after that I never did I was released from project saying associate doesn't work on weekends.

I joined one of the big4 in September, the project they have alloted me is not the same that they have told at the time of joining.
